Build-off: 36" Gee Bee "Z"
Well, I have tried to convince myself not to enter the build-off by I can't stand it anymore. My project will be a 36" Gee Bee "Z" Super Sportster. I don't know the particulars with motor setup yet I'll just wait and see where she weighs in at. So, away we go....

Looking forward ...
I once started to build one using depron and balsa. As I always do, I test the design before finishing the details ... I found out the hard way that all weight need to be in the nose to get a proper CG as the nose is quite short.
Never managed to get the details done, if you know what I mean, the conversion-design from 3-view to balsa and depron was far from being a success.
One day I'll build a new one.
