13.5VDC power supply
I have a 120vac power supply that put's out a constant 13.5vdc at 16amp. I plan on using it as a power supply for my 12vdc hitech 330 quick charger instead of using the car battery. Is the 16amp output too much for this type of charger I don't want to burn up the charger. Thanks

The 16 amp means that it will handle a draw of 16amp. Think of it like the fuses in your house. If you have a 15amp fuse and you overload it will a 20amp draw lets say of a power-saw it pops the fuse.
You should be fine just as long as your charger loaded with batteries isn't going to draw more than 16amp.
I have a Samlex 13volt 23amp power supply attached to a dymond super smart charger which draws a max of 5amps (A little over kill but....).
