New EDF F-14 Tomcat from Infinity Hobby?

Looks like this kit just came available on the Infinity Hobby site...anybody know anything about it? Looks very nice on the vids, both EDF and pusher. Price looks good too...

I recently purchased a beautiful EMI P-38 from them, got it in 3 days from Taiwan, definitely a reputable vendor. Anybody have any info on this kit?

Interesting. The two pictures show different swept wing angle.

Looks like this is the same too:

Which reminds me. Does anyone make an ARF F-111 foamy?

Yep, that caught my eye too. Not sure if the geometry is variable, there's not much info on the site...

CZ6,

I think I'll bite and order this kit from Taiwan. The size, price and low complexity (I hope) seems right. They are selling the complete power combo for $100 each too.

Cool FNFAL...I'd do the same if I hadn't just dropped my kit allowance on the P-38. Can you drop a quick report here when you get it?

Yup!

Total price $351 less rx,tx, servos, batt, and incidentals. I'll take a pic of the box contents and instructions when I get them.

Got the kit in today from Taiwan. After an order/paypal gaff that was my fault, the items only took 4 days to get to here. Everything looks great. There was some minor shipping damage that broke two small pieces, but for the price of the shipping, they sent me a new kit.

The foam is of good quality. When I have more time, I will try and take a pic later of the contents.

The wings are fixed in the open postion, with no method of modifying them to pivot. Pictures of fixed retracted wings were mods done by the owners.

Instructions are in English with pictures. I should know more once I commence with the build.

I do not like the 4 servos showing on the outside, as they are exterior mounted. Otherwise, the parts go together very well.

Power set-up is a 4 cell lipo with a Mega 16/15/3 clone.

Manufacturer will soon be offering gear too.

Edit: Earlier thread from builder found here -- man their are too many categories on this site.

thanks for the pix, that loks quite nice actually. Too bad about the wings being fixed...does it look like can you easily fix them in a semi-swept position, like the pix above?

FYI - Reccommended location of equipment from the manufacturer if you are going with an EDF rather than pusher.
