adding textures to Clearview using blender
It is described in the above manual.
I managed to verify that it worked.
This is the only texturing option in blender that worked well for entering and editing textures for Clearview models.
It is called UV mapping, also used in ac3d and metasequio, and in all games.
I tried earlier in texturing a P47 thunderbold using a slanting picture from the supplier of the RC plane.
metasequio allowed us to tilt the mapping plane but orienting it is difficult and not done in real time.
It should be possilbe to use pictures taken at an angle to texture 3D models that are similarly angled in the 3D view, using blender unwrapping using the view.
