How do I join the Modesto Radio Control Club?

Joining the Modesto RC Club
Our club is alive and well in Modesto. We have moved most of our chatter to to Yahoo Groups. Go to www.yahoo.com and follow the links to GROUPS. You will find our site among the GROUP listings. You can attempt to join there.

I just went to the site, it looks nice. Although I am looking for a Heli group not a plane group. If I was one that flew a glider or other fixed wing craft I would most definitely join.

MRCC doesn't just fly airplanes. It is a Glider and elctric powered club.We do have helis. If your Heli is not electric powered then you're right
If you're looking for 100% heli club, Sacramento will be it. |

I'm a beginner rc heli hobbyist. I just bought my first rc helicopter, a mini cobra by exceed-rc. It's an electric heli. Can I still join your club? I live in Salida. If not, can you suggest other rc heli clubs close to Modesto?
