GeneBond , you are my new spiritual GURU.... sounds like you have it all figured out ... I was , for many years, erroneously going under the misguided assumption that the answer was 42 ... OOOOooohhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Yeah , morning aches and pains, afternoon nap time , and if you don't , the cats and dumb dog will surely be using it as a fountain ...

I still can't figure out the 42 thing... Unless, the unsaid secret is having 2, 21 year old's, one on each arm???? Sure wouldn't want them at home, they are slobs at that age. Rentals, maybe???

Excellent job on the build guide, Soundman! I wish I had the patience to do something that thorough...

thanks for the feedback - I felt that it needed some explaining as its a bit of a new construction method & if done in the wrong order you may not be able to assemble it.

I hope that someone else ends up building one - that'll make it worthwhile, we need more people building this sort of thing to help the hobby progress & move forward.

I'm already thinking of 3 more designs to do - it's just a case of which one to do first....preliminary outline drawings have been started

Thanks for posting this Tom - that looks like a great way to make the canopy, and it's one of the best I've seen. Did it take a lot of work to get the template shape right?

Would joining the canopy be easier with hot glue?

Lastly, do you think the plan would scale up?
