Goedendag Lee, it's a good thing you did another post, I completely missed the first one.

Two clubdatabases, both are not complete but together they pretty much have the Netherlands covered:
www.modelvliegsport.nl -> clubs ( = Dutch AMA, BMFA, DAeC ...)
www.airtoi.com -> clubs

Dutch forum, meet the natives, we don't mind English posts:
www.modelbouwforum.nl
Ask for shops in that forum, I'm not from the Den Helder area. Maybe
www.quartel.nl -> 'locaties'. Chain of RC shops a.o. in Amsterdam.

Frequencies:
http://home.hetnet.nl/~ronvans/ -> frequencies

You have to check your third party liability insurance to make sure whether it covers RC flying abroad, and up to what mass.

Vriendelijke groeten Ron

Wrong thread, nevertheless, have a look at this one:
http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=326061

Or try the 'schaalmodellen' subforum at www.modelbouwforum.nl

Not in Nijmegen, but near Nijmegen. Elst, across the river Waal (Rhine)
http://www.hobmamodelbouw.nl/

My club, 12km to the west of Nijmegen:
www.rmvc-cumulus.nl
Better locationmaps:
http://home.hetnet.nl/~ronvans/

What is your 'radius'? Car, public transport, pushbike?

I will have a hire car for a few days - many thanks for the information - very kind for such a quick reply. I will only be around Monday and Tuesday on a work related trip but always like to find a local model shop!
