How does this heli compare to the Blade CP?......particularly in terms of durability.

i limit myself to about 10 mins flight, and check the batt im sure a 1320 pack can last a good 15+ mins. it is a 1320 mah, i should get my 800 or 900 mah ones today.
since im in my living room, theres too much rotorwash so im constantly correcting the flight. outdoors has been windy all week so i cant fly outside yet.. The 1320 pack is quite heavy for this heli, im sure a 800 or 900 pack will let it fly better.
for the tail, its pretty nice the power of it can rotate the heli pretty quickly.
No idea on a blade cp.. i would think its somewhat compareable.

im still pretty much a newbie, i can hover and move around but nothing crazy.
once the winds calm down outside ill take it out some more.
Yes i put a deans connector, it comes with the mini deans, but 100% of my packs i put the big deans connector so i converted it.
I dont have a cutoff device, but do have the triton2 charger with the balancer.
hopefully i answered everyones questions..

How does thie compare to an esky cp2 for a first heli? I do well on the sims, and know the deal with learning to fly, Ive been told by many. I wanted to know which would be a good first heli, cp2, or axe cp?

axe cp from towerhobbies is 199.98, add a deans plug to make it over 200$ and get 20$ off
is the cp2 rtf?
I Think the cp2 has weaker simple landing gear and body, look at the axe cp body, it looks more sturdy.
I had a piccolo pro, it broke before i got to fly.. now that i think of it, it sucked, and is compareable to the cp2, as the body is cheap, landing gear is like sitcks

How does the tail motor do? Will the axe need twin tail motors like the Blade and HP or will the 60size handle an 11.1 lipo?

Darklyte24, what is the actual ready to fly weight of the Axe?

The CP2 does have "stick" landing gear, but I beg to differ: It does not suck! Don't bash it if you haven't flown it.

500 grams? Wow. So, I guess this is more of a mini-size than a micro? My CP2 only weighs 315 grams...

I was told all along to never run my Lipo's on a brushed motors now it seems everyone is doing it ,I know it is 9AAA and 10.8 v. so is that why you can use Lipos on these ? if that is the case then I have a hand full of small Lipos I could use from 800 to 1200 ? and could I change to my JR TX

i have been using my stock pack and a 1320 11.1V TP pack, flys fine.
I just got my new PQ 800mah pack as it weighs around 70 grams vs 90 grams on the TP and 100 grams on the stock pack

as a somewhat new heli pilot, i had my first axe cp crash tonight.. there was still some light out, clam wind but some how bend the tail boom!! STRONG ALUMINUM!! bent in two places.. i kinda bent it back and it stll flies hahahaha
