Graupner Shark Submarine

This is a "just completed" Graupner Yellow Shark Submarine.
Length wise is just slightly under 24 inches.
It weighs about 1.6kb or 56 ozs.

This particular model comes with the power drive installed. It is a Speed 500 Duo gear drive spinning 2 counter rotating props.

THIS ITEM IS RETAIL AT ₤ 184.00 IN SOME UK STORES WHICH DOES NOT INCLUDES THE MOTOR AND THE GEAR DRIVE.

I have included 2 Futaba heavy duty servo in the sub. Missing is the control arm for one of the servo that links to the front hydroplane fins.

You also need to get the following to complete the sub:-

2 small screws with O-ring to seal the hatch and an allen key. You will also need a large O-ring to seal the hatch when you screw in the 2 hatch screw.

You will also need to hook up the clevis to the link of the servo arm which is not included, so that means you have to get a ordinary push rod and prefab it as it only requires a short one and needs some bending.

You will also need a Car or Airplane ESC for the Speed 500 motor. Battery is required. A 6 cell, 7.2V 1000 mah or 1050 mah pack would suits well in this model.

You need a Radio and receiver for this sub. Any surface radio will work.

Please take a look at all the photos in here and email me if you have any questions.

The sub is painted yellow and you can smoothen it by sanding it with 600 grit sand paper.

I accept US$ money order or paypal. Asking US$ 115.00
And shipping is only US$ 16.00 Any extras , I will refund it to you.Enjoy.

These are a lot of fun, And a good price too. Very quick, mine is set up with a more powerfull motor and it will jump clear out of the water. I would get this if I didn't already have one.
Best of luck
Ken

This is a very good deal considering not much you have to put out and to complete the sub.
