Jepe decided not to produce the model with retracts, It's a great flyer!
" Further testing in summer 2006 proved that in case of the A-4 the landing gear main legs are relative close together and a little side wind can lift one wingtip, this causes the nose gear to "dig-inn" into the grass. Total weight (inc. extra servo's etc.) increased also with about 300 Grams and took away a great deal of the advantage of the light Lipoly battery. Larger Jet models are much easier for landing on 3-legged retracts and we have decided to wait on a big JePe jet before we bring any retract version. "
