I just scored an Electrifly DVII today at the LHS, Model Land here in Calgary.
This is the LHS that really seems to have a bit of everything.
The DVII wasn't (at all) on my list of projects for this year. However, as I was perusing their online catalogue I noticed they had one in stock. I called in and they actually had two, so now I have one.

Suggest overpowering her. Keep kW under 1000 and shoot for 120 watts/lb plenty of power to get out of trouble, lots of authority washing over the tail surfaces and can swing a 10 x 4.7 prop with good 75/7 min flights on a 1800 3s battery.
I run my GP NX11 with this setup and am fitting my DV11 with the same... Over power is more relaxing for me
