Pics
Here are some pics of the venue. The AstroTurf and boards will not be installed at this event. Just 20,000 sq. feet of smooth concrete. We should be able to fly some on Friday night before the event. We will let you know what time flying will start prior to the event.

Great, thanks! That's not a bad drive at all, especially to fly in a place like that!

I've flown in this venue at the San Angelo club event, and it is an awesome place to fly. We'll definitely be set up there as vendors and we'll have some raffle prizes. This club is friendly and laid-back and this should be a great time.

Rich (and to all others) I will be going out today to try and find an "event hotel" to see if I can get a group rate of some sort. We will post the findings, and also a list of motels for the area. We have a wide array of lodging available here from Motel 6 and up. Something for every budget. We have campgrounds too for the RV crowd. Will let you guys know as we know!
