my dads old stuff

got down my dads old rc stuff and found a coupls of tamiya frogs, 2ch fm radio & reciver to his glider, and futaba & airtronics gear. this stuff must be atleast 25 or more years old!, but anyways i fixed up one frog and this thing is crazy fast! atleast 25+ mph!. im gonna rebuild the other one with all new gar thought

Very cool. I had a Frog back in the 1984-'85 time frame. It was my first ever RC project. I don't really remember it to much other than it was a lot of fun.

i just put them back away, the shafts that go for gearbox to wheels keep stripping out and i dont wana mess it up anymore. ill probubly buy a dark impact scince i got spare tx,rx, and servos

They're cool, old cars. I had a couple in the 80's. The kits have been re-introduced, so I would imagine you could get parts for them again. Old cars are fun to restore. I've done several old RC-10's.
