Jr. Falcon is 1/2A - with a span of 38" it was designed for .049 power, and it'll be way over powered.
Falcon 56 will be under powered - it should have at least a .35 if not a plain bearing .40 which is more that adequate.
Sig Seniorita or LT-25 may fit the bill. For that size engine, you may also want to consider scratch building - look at the plans selection offered by RCM or Model Airplane News - there are a lot of good designs in their plans selection.
