I'm finally going to build a wood plane instead of a foamie. Is this a good one to start with. Any other suggestions?

From my experience, Ive built one. and Im not really happy with it. It has the tendency to tip stall. I put some washout in the wings and now it doesnt turn to well, and since I used Nelson litefilm the washout in the wings tend to disapear in a couple of days.
If you want a nice easy building Balsa kit, Try the Mountain Models Switchback. A lot of E-zoners including myself having nothing but good things to say about that plane.

I second the Switchback suggestion. Great plane, easy build.
