Can it do fuselage's also, or is it just best for wings and tail feathers?

Man, if I had the cash I'd buy it right away. That's just the thing I'd love to have right now. How much did it cost to build, and if I asked (in the future) you to build another, would you be willing in case I can't buy this one?

It's very nice!

Hi kist2001 and Hawker
Thanks for your feedback !!!
Stepper motors are from AllElectronics
Lead screw and lead nuts are from the local Home Depot.
I did have to cut them and machine them (had to machine the lead nut too).
I am parting with it because I am building a new one which will be able to cut large pcs of foam (50"X50"X100") - Its a hobby :-)
and I need the space.

If you want, let me know and I can build one for you (will take some time to put together)

Thanks again !!!

Hi Hawker
Forgot to answer your question.
Yes it can cut fuselage's
If you can draw it, it will cut !!!
Take a look at what else it can cut

Hope this helps

Wow, I could do so much with that thing! It's very very cool.
The crazy part is is that we just moved away from Northern California's Bay Area to Dover, Delaware!! I would have been much closer before the move. Oh well.

Anyhow, I'm very interested in this. When I have some funds I'll definitely talk to you more about this wonderful machine. By the way, why do you want to sell it?

I have been looking for this for awhile. Will it cut small parts like boat sponsons?

That's cool. I imagine in time I'll want a larger one as well. But right I'm just itching for any CNC machine. So much can be done with a machine like that.

Hi RCRandy
If you can draw the boat sponsons, the machine will but it.
If you want, send me a picture with dimentions, and I will cut you
one. The smallest thing I cut was 1/2"x1" ellipse, but it will cut even smaller
