Its pretty tough to get a reasonable video of plane, apart from being a small fast moving target, I found the autofocus sometimes has trouble against clouds and sky.
Mark took a video of my F-15, I cut it down a bit for a short download, the link is:

Cheers,

Good Weather this week

Hi Guys,

seabreeze.com.au shows that Tuesday and Saturday are good days.

I'm opting for Saturday, I'll bring the cameras and tripod to get some good pics and vid. Who's up for it.

I may have a new addition to my hanger if I can get it finished.

Lyndon

Saturday sounds OK, I might have a new one to try out as well...
With the extended light after work, we could probably do some flying before sunset.

No worries Mark, sent you a mail. Made a motor for the little F-15, just trying to source a 3.0mm prop adaptor.

Waiting for Ford Roadside Assist to turn up now.....waiting....waiting......waiting......

Lyndon, I have a 3.0mm motor shaft and want to adapt it to a little APC E prop. In the past have drilled out a Graupner 2.3mm adaptor, but theres not much metal left when you do it.
Looks like roadside assist is here....finally
Glenn.

Glenn I have two of these that I'm not using: http://www.ozhobby.com/product_info....09993727ca38ea

Can the APC prop hub be drilled to allow the 5mm shaft, what size is the APC?

Funny, I was looking at them on the Ozhobby site last night. Will have to check the hub size, there are three push in bushes with the APC props, one might be 5mm. The APC prop is 5.25x4.75.

The props were obtained from The Hobbyman in Dandenong and Extreme Hobbies in Nunawading. The APC has a 0.25 inch bore on the hub, there are some adaptor bushes that come with them, 5 and 6mm I think. They dont have that much information on the APC website to confirm it though.
