Thanks Dingo and Bruce,

I will have to check them out. I will also look for another venue.

We will have to have another outdoor fly in seeing the weather is getting better.

Wednesday is great at 19 degrees and 5 knots, and 21 degrees on Thurdays a bit windy though.

Hi guys it's good to see you had a good weekend. I got to fly the F-15 twice on the weekend and i met another electric flyer (local) who was flying a slowfly cub out the back of my place. We had a bit of a chat and it was good to find another person interested in this wonderful hobbie.
Glenn and bidlynd the pic's are cool and your f-15 Glenn looks even better in the sky..
Good luck to you all...

Hi Pez,
Great to hear the F-15 is going well! You will have to send some photos or a video clip down of it in action.
Glenn...

Was a great morning at PP, noone there at all, 4 of us turned up, I managed to get a better balance on my 55mm fan blades and the A10 was sounding much smoother and revving out better, flew on rails

Glen was down chasing birds (the winged variety) again with his camera wing, and a couple of older blokes we have seen before turned up and flew.

It felt like summer out there! 24 degrees and sunny, zero wind for most of the morning!

late Monday arvo is looking good for wind...

Lyndon,
It was pretty perfect down there today, no wind and we were in danger of getting sunburnt! Just like every Melbourne day
All the planes came back in one piece, which is always a bonus!
Like Mark said, there were a couple of ibis like birds thermaling around so I joined them with the camera plane, but not one photo caught the birds!

OK on the videos, will be interesting to see them.

Cheers,
Glenn.

Guess it depends on the weather. I might get down for an hour if the weather is OK

Forecast says "Rain periods in the morning." Hmm they said it was going to rain today as well but I didn't see anything. I just realised tomorrow is father's day, may make it hard for some people.

*shrug* If the weather is good and I get away from work on time, I'll head down there.
