I'm loving all these new eflite and hangar 9 arfs. I have the big pulse running on glow so it will be very cool to run a little one on electric. they have a few new esc but that 25 amp one looks veyr nice, I like the heat sinks built into it.

It looks very nice. I assume it would fly alot like a super sportster and is just a bit smaller. I see it H9 finally includes a steerable tailwheel...I guess they are listening

But the post is in the 3D forum.

Nice looking plane, anyway.

I like it...and the battery hatch on top is a good idea. Wish the big one had something like that.

So heavy, 1.2 oz. That's double the weight of a Phoenix 25. I guess if a person doesn't care much about weight the Eflight one is ok.

I find it's really hard to tell the difference between weights that small, plus that e-flite 25 has heat sinks on it so that is probably what causes the extra weight. I don't necessarily see where that setup needs a 25 amp esc though, I'm running a very similar setup and I don't ever pull more than 15 amps off of it so I think the 25 is probably overkill.

Hmm, mid October release. How good is Horizon about hitting their target dates? Are they much better than the tower?

I'm thinking about a Hyperion Z3007-30 for power. Looks like a couple grams over the park450, but higher output.
