I am in interested in 4 or 6 Johnson 250 size motors.

Just surfing the for sales and wondered what the difference is between the two J-250 motors, or more specifically how to tell them apart?

G4046 motors are a slightly higher KV than the DCM-189.

They can be spotted by the extra metal plate on the outside of the DCM-189.... whereas the G4046 has no extra metal "plate" surrounding the motor.

Johnson 250 Motors

I have 10 new ones of the G4046 variety, that I will
you for $1 each plus shipping.The shipping First class
would be $2.50 for 6 motors or a total of $8.50. Can
not ship all 10 First Class as they have a limit of 13
ounces, but can ship Priorty or Parcel Post.
