J250 -- PS or no PS?

Hey guys,

I'm looking to buy a few of the J250's from jameco. It appears they have it listed under part number 311976 which you can see here:

https://www.jameco.com/webapp/wcs/st...chValue=311976

And also under part number 311976PS:

http://www.jameco.com/webapp/wcs/sto...76&pa=311976PS

Are these both the same motor? If so, are they both the DCM-189 that is a little better than it's other model?

Thanks a lot,

-Mike
