Electrified Gentle Lady and Astro Challenger

I have two electric 2-meter sailplanes for sale. I have used both of these to carry Aiptek Pencams for aerial photography all over the country. They are both great flyers and are ready for flight. Any pics of how the camera mounts in each? I see its kind of angled in one pic.

Here are shots of a Pencam SD installed in the Astro Challenger and the Gentle Lady. The wiring in the Gentle Lady doesn't look like that for flight. I had just pulled everything out and had not tucked it back in yet.

Hey,

Thanks for the pics. How is the camera secured inside the plane. Is easy to remove or permanent?

Velcro: the wonder fastener of the modern age. I have Velcro inside the plane and on the front of the camera so that when the camera drops in, it is held in place from sliding back and forth. I also put a small piece of foam behind the camera, to keep pressure on the Velcro connection. You can see the foam in one of the shots.

Gentle Lady is sold.

The Astro Challenger has a one piece wing and will not break down for easy shipping. If shipped, it will be a big box, so I prefer local pickup.

those mods on the e-lady are sick! i have one and loved how you did the flaps/spoilers... would have to tear up the covering though... maybe in the winter...
