What is the absolute best setup for the SIG Rascal, plain and simple...

Only requirement is a 6v speed 400 motor, GEARED.
So far I'm picking out a 2.5:1 gearing on a 9x6 APC-E prop on 7-8 cells. I think there must be a higher gearing like 3:1 or 4:1 that is better. Please! Tell me quick!

I gotta get started repairing this thing!

Whatever is best, but not a fancy BL, or cobalt, neo, etc. setup..

Or the aero/naut 6Vs400@2.33;1 with a 9x5cam will be nice! Way cheeper!

I had good success with the 6v400 and the graupner 1700 series gearbox at 2.33 to 1 and a 9x5 "slim" prop. The APC 9x6 was good at takeoff, but choked the batteries after a minute and had much shorter duration
