Amman Valley Radio Control Club

We have just launched a discussion forum to try to encourage rc
modellors of all disciplines to come together and help individuals with
less experience to develop their own skills.

This is where we need your help! The forum requires members and posts.
If you would like to contribute to this forum, please visit the club
website and register with the forum.

What, you mean just like......... here perhaps? Are commercial spamming
posts allowed at your website, because if you'd taken the time to read the
charter of THIS group, you'd discover they're not on here. so take yur spam
and do with it as you wish, but stop posting it here.

Nothing commercial about it.....Just a forum for people of similar
interests. The forum does not require a paid membership.
Call it spam if you wish, but as far as we are concerned it was a
request for help, just what groups are about.

Beav,
Just to show that no ill intent was meant with my previous posts, I
have removed them from the group. I did read the Google Code of
Appropriate Conduct, however have been unable to find this groups
Charter.
I apologise if this has caused you any problems.

Could you point us at the charter of this group that says this?

I'm not aware of this group actually having a formal charter beyond
this --

CHARTER: rec.models.rc.helicopter

rec.models.rc.helicopter is especially for technical discussion among
all radio-controlled model helicopter enthusiasts including, but not
limited to the following topics:

- Beginner information (purchasing advice, considerations)
- Configuration procedures and tips
- Competitions and competitive strategies
- Safety-related information
- Advertisements authored by individuals selling or wanting to
purchase RC Helicopter systems (models, radios, and parts)

END CHARTER.

which was part of the request for discussion that lead to the creation
of this group back in July of 1996, and the vote for it's creation in
October of 1996.

(Message-Id <845303420.7379@uunet.uu.net>, if you want to google for
it.)
