Where can I find a set-screw style 3mm prop adapter?

Where can I find a set-screw style 3mm prop adapter? Not 3.2mm. I've looked at all the e-stores I thought may have them. Nothing yet. Getting kind of tired of collet type adapters not coming off so switching to set-screws. Thanks.

Go here: http://www.maxxprod.com/mpi/mpi-291.html and look at the ACC364.

Set screws are a poor way to attach anything to a shaft. Collets are better as you have noticed. Set screw adapters do not run as true either. Many people use set screw adapters so I guess they are good enough.
