Cooling while charging=more power?
I have noticed recently while peaking off my packs before flight that they will take more power if cooled. Astroflight 110D charger. 10 cell SR500max and 600AE packs will take around 70 to 80 mah charging at a rate of 1.5 amps. If I put the batteries over the vent as my home central air runs the batteries take 110 to 125 mah. Also battery is significantly cooler immediately after the charge.
Am I getting more power out of the battery when I use it as well?
Does this affect battery life?
Will a cooling tube have a similar affect?
Amazing what you wonder about during a long drive isn't it?
