I started to put it together last night. I glued the nose and main gear mounting rails to their formers. First, I dry fitted the pieces and everything fit together very well. I did not have to do any sanding to get the parts to fit together nor were any of the slots and holes cut out too large. Everything fit together perfectly. Once all of the pieces were fitted togehter and lined up, I tack glue them with thin CA. Next I used Hysol 9462 for final glueing. Sorry, no photos yet but I will put some up tonight or tomorrow.

Cliff,

Thanks. Most likely I won't be able to bring it next I head your way. Once the wings are glued on it will be too big to ship.

I really like that it comes with provision for retracts. Any idea of paint scheme?

I weighed all of the parts today. Here's what I came up with:

Fuse Front ==> 7.8 ozs
Fuse Rear ==> 5.2 ozs
Right Wing ==> 3.2 ozs
Left Wing ==> 3.4 ozs
Thrust Tube ==> 1.6 ozs
Intake Ducting (left & right) ==> 4.4 ozs
Vertical Fin ==> 2 ozs
Candards (left & right) ==> 1.4 ozs
Intake Lip (left & right) ==> 0.6 ozs
Gear Doors (lmains & nose) ==> 0.2 ozs
Canopy (uncut) ==> 2.8 ozs
Cockpit Kit (uncut) ==> 3.2 ozs
Wood Parts (Fuse) ==> 4.2 ozs
Wood Parts (Wing) ==> 0.6 ozs
Included Hardware ==> 4.4 ozs
TOTAL ==> 45 ozs

Retracts (weighed in package) ==> 6.6 ozs
TOTAL with Retracts ==> 51.6 ozs

Fan ==> 4.6 ozs
Motor ==> 20.2 ozs
TOTAL with retract, fan, and motor ==> 76.4 ozs

Missing from the total is the radio equipment (2 servos, extensions, receiver, receiver battery, antenna), wheels, controller, batteries, and paint.
