Ha! That looks like my work bench! A clean bench is the sign of a sick mind....
Nice work, Kitty!

Thanks!

Hehe you can see the battle scar under the lower port wing that I keep forgetting to fix that's from "tree interraction" when I was down in Philly doing a little "North by Northwest" re-enactment with my girlfriend's 5yr old son Frankie The lil guy LOVED it! I was sure I had more room around that tree, but Lil Fishy didn't even notice, she just kept on flying!

Lol class film though, just don't get trying any re enactment's of the damm busters then.

I need to re glue my struts to the upper wings, the only casualty from moving house. It was funny all these kids in the village gawping with taking my toys into the new house.

ps: Kitty, nice artwork, as always. Good to hear Lil Fishy is back up and flying. Too pretty to be laying around the hangar!

Just finished my first PTM, what a great little plane! Still waiting to maiden it due to wind. Followed the MAE build guide.

1100KV out runner 8x6/9x4.7
18amp esc
2 5gram servos
2s500 25c
optima 6 lite
2/3mm CF rods on struts
RTF at 9.7 ounces, a little heavy from what I've seen but its going to be an outdoor flyer.

A simple, fun, relaxing build, can't wait to put around!

When I see actual bins full of batteries in the background of your shop... I have to wonder how you maintain them all! I really wish I could get organized, but I have so much crap on my desk... and worse on my shop counters. Wifey says " Ok, buster! Something has to go!" I don't think she appreciated my reply... "Oh, great... when are you leaving?"... (absolutely a liE) ...

Maidened the PTM yesterday evening, what a hoot! Flew 3 packs and did some scorching low speed flybys

Landing gear was a little springy for my gravel runway so I upgraded it and hope to test tonight.

Fun stuff.

Congrats on the successful Moth maiden!!! Most fun with the slow cruising, just need to break out the lawn chair to sit in and enjoy a beverage of your choice!

Well, RedHeckle.. was holding back a little.

You're a Moth ADDICT! Welcome to the crowd!

P.S. About that "scorching flyby"..... You'll learn to love it!

Wheels Size and Brand

Beautiful moth Kitty.

What size and brand of wheels do you have on it? They look so scale.

Kitty glad to see you still have a beautiful Moth. I think I am going to get a couple of more kits while they are still around. Here is my Swiss Moth yesterday at ShangriLa. I love these little planes!

Hi gang!

Got some BEAUTIFUL sunset flights in last night with both my SeaFury and Lil Fishy My initial plan was to get Rick back in the saddle after his moth/fence interraction, but the wind spooked him so he opted to take pics instead and let me fly Thanks to that pleasant breeze I was able to hover Lil Fishy before us and got her to dance around like a heli! hehe Gotta love light birds...

Ty ty for the compliments, and the answer to the question is DuBro Micro-Lite 1.75" foam wheels I use those on many planes, including my DC-3 which I shall someday finish.

Cheers!

Kitty ^_^
