haha I can't decide. Definitely my favorite from both axis and allied powers. Both have really cool variations, too. For the record, I don't own an electric Mustang, but I do have an alfa fw 190.

I am a minority here. I fly two at this time. The mustang is and always been my favorite WWII plane, in fact my favorite plane ever. This even before I flew RC. I had one buzz me at ~300 back around 1986 and I swore I saw the white of his eye in the + of his gun site. That bird flew out of the local airport and I worked at an auto electric garage and someone from the Chapman Fighter Museum (same airport) brought in a generator on monday (the next day). I told him about the buzz... and asked him to to ask Charlie, the owner of the 'tang, if I was in his sights. When the customer came back on Wednesday he politely informed me that I was DEAD. LOL.
Ever get buzzed by a fighter? I was in a desert wash about 300' wide and no place to hide. I got a slight feeling of how soldiers felt in war though I was never in the service. I have a 190 waiting to be put together. I hear they fly way better (easier). |

I second rampman's opinion on the mustang. It's lines and appearance are the best of any piston engined fighter IMHO. But I have to say that I own both of the parkzone planes and the focke wulf is better built and flies better.

I like the D Mustang. One of the prettiest fighters of WW2 in my opinion. Unfortunately it has a shape that seems to be hard for manufacturers to get right. It doesn't take much error for it to look like something is wrong on a Mustang model in my opinion.
