Centrino - there is an excellent (HUGE) thread on the Foamies Forum specifically about the EasyStar and quite a lot of the discussion is about powerplants for this plane.
There are quite a few EZ* AP pilots on this forum but (depending on the local wind conditions) they range from light (sub 24oz) rigs with tiny brushless/lipo powerplants to models as high as 45oz.
I would copy the powerplant/layout from someone who flies in similar conditions/places to the areas that you are intending to fly in.
ps I use Axi2204/54, CC P10 ESC, 8"x4" and (depending on wind) 3S packs from 480 thru 1100. I use Nikon 7900. Works very well but does not cope with winds over 15mph.

I'd pick the AXI 2808/24 as the model is a relatively slow one and the higher turns will suit better for this type of model. If you have already got a 20 it would still be fine. The Jeti 30 should be just right.
