oh try that shot through the side of the foot....not fun...
The first time I ever had a cortisone shot was directly into my heel bone. Up until that time, I never worried about shots. So I was all relaxed. Then the needle went in and I thought I was going to take off like the space shuttle. I know I yelled loud enough from the pain.

I have decided I can remove the splint when I want to use a Tx and put it back on when I am not using one.

Or, I can bring my sheetboat and do like Avidjeepr used to do. Put the Tx on the ground and let the sheetboat sail itself. It always sailed better that way he said.

If you have the trans set up you can just put both channels set up on one gimbal (I did that for a lark then let a friend in a wheel chair drive it, and he loved it, just like his power chair!)

Thanks Tom for the video and photos. As an advanced photographer, we know it is not the camera that takes the photo but the person behind it. Great job Tom and keep them coming. Jerryj98501

Update 6-21-2012

Today was "An Army of One" at the pond. It was very peaceful and relaxing. I basically had the whole lake to myself. Well, me and three ducks.

The water was flat and smooth. Perfect for 'drawing wakes' in the water. There was no wind for the first couple of hours so it was easy to 'anchor' the tow boat simply by putting the motor in neutral.

Eventually the wind came up, the fog turned into sunshine, and the lake got slightly more crowded with fishermen.

Pic's later........
