Well, I hope you get it!

I bought a Coleman 12x12. Three of the tubes in the frame got wrecked. I have some raw material on the way. I am going to cut/drill/install replacements and get it back into working condition. The top did not get damaged, and just the day before I had applied some 303 UV protectant.

Sam's Club sells a Ez-up 10x10 for $195 and it's a good one too. Very solidly built too. Pete

Engel TMAX II Problem

I think some of the folks on this thread have some experience with Engel Subs and specifically the TMAX II. After turning on the system, everything goes to the out of water condition, i.e. ballast tanks empty, both yellow led's are lit, both red led's, and green mode led unlit. green power level led bright. I get 0V on the MOT connections. I assume, from Engel diagrams, that the ESC's should be connected to MOT. Also the TAES is installed. I can not get power to the ESC's for the two prop motors. The piston tanks are getting full power and they move from out of water to submerge when I move the dive switch, K5, through its positions. I once got 5V at the MOT terminals but never again.

Any one know what is happening and how to solve the problem. I emailed Engel but that could take time before they answer.

Thanks,

Iran

Iran, there is a Submarine Forum here in the Boats section. You would probably get tons of help in there.

Crap. The special tubing I ordered arrived today. It is not the same size as what is on the frame already. Measure twice, cut once. I screwed up. In my defense, it is the ONLY flat side oval tubing I could locate ANYWHERE.

I'm screwed..........

Try this place, http://www.canopymasters.com/ Build one to suit your needs and use the Coleman for family outings and a day at the puddle. The silver tarp lasts for years, you can bolt the legs down to your patio so the wind won't carry it away. Lot's o' options.
