Lockheed Martin X-35B flies in hover
I missed the news story tonight, but a friend called and said that LM Aero did indeed fly the X-35B in direct powered lift today, as planned. A vertical takeoff and landing was made, but I don't have much other info yet.
Boeing expects to hover and do a vertical landing later in the week.
Anyone get to see it?
