B-17 Model Owners - Watch Out!
"... a retired Air Force colonel and fighter pilot in the Vietnam War, piloted B-17s while serving at White Sands, N.M., in the 1950s. He said radio-controlled, unmanned B-17s were used for target practice."
This is from an article on a B-17 being restored just north of Dayton. Would anybody be interested in spending a weekend down there this summer to volunteer some time on the restoration?
