How long should I wait before sounding the alarm?

Hi All:

I paid someone last Monday (via paypal) and I can not get any response via PM or email regarding the shipment. The seller's profile
shows he is not too far away from my location and even UPS ground will
just one day from his location to my.

Should I start calling Paypal/CC and letting everyone know what had happened after only 7 days? The seller is not returning any of my email or PM.

Thanks

I agree with jimmac, if necessary, the deal can be done again,
but you only have so much time to stop the transaction process.

Also, since he will not answer emails or PM's, you may want to let others know so no one else gets stung.

What are others thoughts on letting us know screen name?

Maybe send him a link to this thread via pm and e-mail. Give him the chance to respond to PM or e-mail (maybe 1 day).
Then take action to recover the $$$ and post his name on this thread....

Just my $.10

I will wait a little longer before I post his id. The seller has pretty good trading history, but has disappeared from Zone after the deal. I hope it's not an emergency or anything bad happened to him.

(But I still want my money back :-) )

Sometimes things get delayed. I would be paitient just a little longer and then notify paypal.. If he won't answer the PMs and he has a good trade history then something may have happened..
