K & A MiG 15 kit Aileron Movement

I am in the middle of incorporating the controls for the ailerons internally in the wing. I wanted to know if anyone has this plane, if they could let me know what the stock movement distance is. up and down. I saw what can happen to the servo, with the controls hanging below the wing. Sometimes they like to get ripped out when landing in tall grass, or have a mishap in the weeds. ouch, I don't want to have that to fix. Thanks for your help. Randy

The recommended setup works fine. The plastic servo/linkage protectors glued to the bottom of the wing are quite effective. I don't have the instructions with me, I think it's less than 3/8' up and down for the ailerons.

The aileron set up according to the instructions is 1/8 up and 3/16 down.
