Great Planes Lancair EP
I have been looking into this plane and noticed it was in stock finally. Has anyone received one yet/flown it. How does it fly? Does it fly good stock? ETC...

From what I remember, it runs from a geared speed 400. It's somewhat of a heavy plane on account of the fiberglass fuselage, so I bet it will be less than exemplary.
It is a nice-looking bird. It is not a Piper Cub or a Mustang, so everyone and his brother aren't going to have one. I say you should plan on putting some money into it and making it a keeper. (e.g. brushless, LiPo, good receiver, good servos...)

Check this thread...they just got them today.
The performance in the video is very promising. I would still probably go brushless lipo as the stock battery is heavy but what it comes with looks to be half way decent if you are on a budget and it is a beautiful plane.
