How to cut accurate parts from plans?

What is the most accurate, quick, and non-destructive way to transfer a plan to balsa for cutting?

I scan the parts into the computer so I can arrange the parts for the width of balsa I am cutting from. Then I spray the printout with 3M 77 and stick to the balsa. Having everything arranged in an optimal fashion save wood and much time.

For a complete discussion of methods of making patterns from plans go to www.krc.org and click on Information and then on Building From Plans.
