That is if they import the kit

They would be stupid if they don't. The FunJET seems to be the best of all the MPX Jets so far.

Hi Jürgen, what kind of airfoil the new FunJet has, symetrical like the microjet of more like the twinjet and picojet?

I hope MPX sells the FunJet in the US some time soon!

Thanks

The airfoil is not symetrical and much thinner than any of the previous foam jets.

OK, which Americans among us would be interested in getting a mass order going to ease the pain of shipping overseas? If we get at least 6, it will end up about the same as buying it from the US with shipping.

We did this with the MiniMag, end price was $90 each, with all shipping included.

On a different topic: Jürgen, do the European model shops have the Acro Master available yet?

Perhaps some of the people who are interested in a FunJet would also be interested in an AcroMaster? This would make it easier to meet the 6 plane minium for a shipping discount.

We are building 3 FunJets right now.

Very nice ARF setup. Well done Multiplex!!
The motor mount is really "brilliant".

All setup's with Mega 16/15/4
5.5x.5.5 CamSpeedprop
3S LiPoly (2100 TP ProLite / PolyQuest 1800Xp)
Phoenix-25 ESC (and one 30amp Jeti)

We keep you posted...we need to wait for better weather

I will take one if the price is right. Is a Mega 1615-3 too hot? I seem to have one I need to find a home for.
Thanks, Ryan

Why should it be too hot? What stops you from running a 2 cell setup?

Hi Ryan,

When I get hold of my FunJet, (hoping it will be this weekend), I'll be taking my 3T Mega, 4.7x4.7, 3S from my Microjet and dropping it straight in. That system worked brilliantly in the MJ, so see no reason why it should be any different for the FJ. From what I saw of the FJ at modelspot the other week just before the Sandown show, it might be even better in the FJ with it's thinner wing section. Definitely looking forward to finding out.
