Extrapolating to a 1600mAH (about all you'd want to take out of an 1800 with some spare power left over), you'd get 9.5 minutes. With the lighter weight of the 1800's and with gentle flying, you should be able to get 10 minutes or a little more.
Thanks a lot TexasFlyer and Juergen, that helps!

Is anyone besides me having problems playing Joe's video? I have tried 3 different PCs, all with the latest version of Windows Media Player on XP Pro. On every PC, it plays perfectly until 22 seconds into the video. I even upgraded to WM Player 11 on one PC and I have the same symptoms. Any ideas? Am I the only one? Apparently, many are not having problems.

Did you try a right click, save as, and downloading it to your hard drive, and playing it from there? Sometimes that works for me when I'm having trouble with a NET video.

I've read like 39-43 amps. I had to disable the "sensitivity" in the speed control to keep it from cutting off constantly. The plane sure is durable, it took about 12 cutoff crashes before I disabled the sensitivity.

Hmm, therefore the engine is well, but the corrector must be again established.
There is a person in the Netherlands which measures according to him 54ampere!
But I do not believe it real.
Can establish you nevertheless do with the CCkabel

Maybe it does draw 54amps. lol I don't know... I'm pretty green with electrics. I just know it would cut off on takeoff with the 45amp CC Phoenix speed controller. I never hover or torque roll it, and am careful on the uplines, just in case.

About 39amps is about average at full power with this motor prop combination.

Joe,

I actually tried that but it was grayed out. I, too, have found that to work in the past. I wonder if it being grayed out may be the same reason why it isn't working for me? From the lack of responses, this must be a unique issue for me, so I'll work with my computer friends on it.

Thanks,

Alan
