It may be freezing but F5D pilots are tough or mad?
Yesterday in the UK we had our first F5D team practice day and general fly in. We had a beautiful clear blue sky and only spoilt by Zero temp and a bitter wind from the North East.
7 F5D models flew along with other models including twin & pico jets. We had a total of 25 other people visit throughout the day to see what was going on and all that attended seemed to have a good time.
I guess we are all mad and should have stayed home watching telly but I am glad I did not!
Here are a few pics I took of some of the models flying.
Details of the next events are on www.f5d.co.uk
