I was going to suggest Tower (that's where I got my Twinstar 1) but I just checked and shipping is almost $80 USD! You used to be able to get the Twinstar from Tower by surface mail - slow but cheap. Now it's only UPS.
Maybe try to Multiplex distributor in Australia (via your local hobby shop)?
The other option is Modelspot in the UK. When the Multiplex Easyglider came out earlier this year that's where Aussies bought them first.
Let me know how you get on - nice looking plane.
