I got the MX-16s from him and his prices are famous. Delivery took aprox. one week to france, but i was always informed about news, trackingIds and shipping from his perfect shop system ! A+++++++++ from me

Cheers

Yea i really like the prices at hobbydirekt, but thats what got me into this mess. Yeah, i started this thread and this is my quote, but i sent an e-mail in which i inquired how long it would take all together 2 days after the message that stated that the item should be here 3-4 days after shipping. Please take a look at post 8 which states that your delivery times could be really slow and please read that quote here ::Well, until today nothing has arrived here, and the shop owner does not react on my emails any more. I still have that battery and two crystals lying aroung that I can't use because that channel is over-crowded at our local club. I'm really pissed, and I can't recommend that shop. S**t happens, everyone can have a bad day, so I don't blame him for messing up my order. But not reacting on a customer's complaints is absolutely no-go!:::
Yes i will most definetly post here after i receive my transmitters and i hope to do some more business with hobbydirekt after this is settled. The fun part is that after my order i suggested hobbydirekt to guys at my local club and now they say to me: you see, you should have ordered from Lindinger. And as i wrote in my other post, please add more shipping metods to your website. EMS is really worth the hassle. Did i really attacked that Comanche3 guy? Is he even real? Why all he's 7 posts only consist advertisments and nothing more? I havent been around on the forums for very long time, but ive had a say here and there.
Neither i want to create bad temper and 300€ is not a big money but enough to question after no communication. So here is my final suggestion. Please communicate with your customers a little bit more and the most important part: Be honest, even if the circumstances are bad and the thing may take some time. People will understand, believe me, I have worked in marketing in a computer firm.

Received the item on saturday the 18th. as stated in other there, all was intact and there with a little exceptions of hitecs factory quality, and the 2 week delivery time was the blame of the post office, but not the other 2 weeks before. All this could have been avoided with a little more accurate information and more communication, but i guess its a lesson for everyone to learn.

Problem solved with Hobbydirekt!

HobbyDirekt has shown buyers will get service! But it takes some time.

In the case of the missing shipment Hobbydirekt has contacted the customer and explained "what went wrong". Hobbydirekt send a new shipment and steps in between customer and shipping company. Service; but it should have been much much earlier.

Communication with Hobbydirekt has been difficult not to say impossible: in my case. My advise: not only check the site but also ask if products are in stock. After having paid there is a chance you will get a notification "not availabe" Questions about refund will not be answered.

Do not use Hobbydirekt.de

Hi

Please do not use Hobbydirekt.de unless you are VERY patient and find it OK to give them your money until they desire to send you your goods!!!

Here is my experience with Hobbydirekt.de:

Experience
I ordered a item for € 300 ultimo oktober for a birthday gift. It was in good time as the birthday was not until end of november.

Hobbydirekt immediadly completed the Visa transaction on my creditcard and informed that they had registered the order.

The next day I was informed that my order was in the "shipment department".

A week later I was informed that the order was in "backorder".

Nothing happend for the next two weeks.

I found that it wasn't possible to call or email Hobbydirekt. The only way to contact them was to use the contact-form on thair website.

I used the contact form and wrote that if ther couldn't deliver within the next two days I would like to cancel the order.

No reply for the next two days. Then I got information that the item was still in backorder. Still no reply on my contact.

I then used the contact form again and asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. No answer.

A week later I used the contact form again and wrote that I would file a case with my bank (Visa) and they should regard the order as canceled. Still no reply.

My bank refunded the money on my account primo december. The day after I got a new orderstatus that the items had been send by GLS. The tracking number and link to the tracking page did not work.

Two days later I got the items. My bank told me that I could return them, but I would have the expense to the carrier (approx € 55).

I decided to keep the item and try to sell them, as I had bought another for the birthday that was held on week before I got the item.

Conclusioin
My conclutions about Hobbydirekt is, that they are cheep, but you have abselutely no way of getting in contact with them if you need to. They have newer replyed on any of my requests. Furthermore I have found that most people who shop at Hobbydirekt have experienced the same problems as me and some have even had delivery times for up to one year!

hobbydirekt is not a serious webshop. They have absolutely no customer service.

Shop in ebay or others where there is a possibility to rate the seller!

I hope this warning helps you.

Rgds

sorry that sounds like you ordered item that was obviously not in stock and also marked as not in stock ? What should a shop do then ? Half our club is ordering at hobbydirekt and at about 30 orders we never had a problem, allthough they are clearly saying that creditcard payments are billed by customer in the same moment you order.
If something went in backorder we were informed every week that it didnīt arrive and a link told us that we can cancel on their site - did you ever thought about shown delivery date BEFORE ordering, i found that there delivery status was right every time we order.

i used hobbydirekt and i was fooled

I made an order on 30.07.2009, the number 119175 and when the products were ordered in stock. I have proof on Google cash and not just. Payment was made instantly. Now, after 6 days, products are no longer in stock and order status is "waiting for article" and the products were don't sent to me. If I knew then that are not in stock we order elsewhere. I will write tomorow to chambers of commerce of Germany to verify this so called store!

Hobbydirekt is one of north germany biggest RC Stores. The whole members of my previous club order there. If something is marked as in stock it is in stock. Did you order high quantity of one item, so they had maybe not enough stock to fullfill? Didnīt you read that they were on holidays until 12.8. ?
Strange behaviour to post such a thing after 6 days when the homepage of the shop indicates that they are on holiday !

Andrei, many thanks for:

NOT READING on our homepage that we were on holidays until 12.8 !

NOT READING our autoresponder that we were on holidays until 12.8 !

IGNORING Trackingmail send to you, saying we made partial order !

COMPLAINING about that on paypal 6 days after order !

REGISTERING 3 WORKING DAYS AFTER ORDER!!! on different forums just to post bad about us !

On 30.7. you ordered 30 propeller of same type for a boat. We had some in stock, but not whole quantity, so we ordered and made a partial order. I donīt think it is nearly fair that you complain 3 working days after order with knowing that we are on holidays that way !

Sometimes we are loving our job, sometimes not. Glad we have thausands of customers that are really glad with us and make us smile
