Effects of low temps on plane?
I fly a balsa plane w/so-lite covering (electric) in winter temps down to 18 degrees. Am I risking damage if the plane sits f/~4 hours at this temperature and then flown? I am concerned about the CA losing bond strength or hinge tape losing adhesion.

The plastic will stiffen and often becomes a bit more brittle. I don't know about the hinge tape but check it often for signs of lifting. The plastic of the tape will stiffen but the glue hardens as well so it may not be a problem or it may start lifting. Cycle it a dozen or two dozen times and check for the clouding of the glue that indicates the tape is lifting. If it's OK then you're good to go.
The wood and glue will be fine.
