Foam cutting CNC electronics
Selling a "garage made" foam cutting CNC electronics.
Works with the Gilles Muller software. All you need is a PC and the CNC :-) mechanics What you get: Electronics, Cable from the PC to the board, 4 stepper motor, Power supply. Board is designed to accept 12V stepper motors. the real question for me would be how much would it cost to set this up for me in my garage for hot-wire foam cutting... I provide the pc, nothing else... I'm in san jose... whaddya think?

As for parts alone I think it would run at around $300.
I have a system running which took me about 20 to 30 hours to put together |

Foam_Man, I'm not too far from you. I wonder if it would be possible for me to come on over and see the foam cutter, perhaps this weekend? I may just have to go home with it.

No, the board does not control wire temp. Yes the board has a timer - you can see it in the top picture, on the bottom right side of the PCB |
