You make a good point about screen location. It's never been much of a problem for me - usually when I'm making first flights and trimming/adjusting settings I don't use a neckstrap. I'm usually setting the radio down too much and playing with the helicopter/airplane to have to deal with a neck strap.
When I'm actually flying a plane I do use the neckstrap but have little reason to look at the screen then, so it's not a problem.
Speaking of screens, in case anyone is looking at the 9C's; the super's have much nicer screens than the original 9C - just one more reason to buy the super (besides the extra programming options, which most people won't use).
