Man I'm second oldest right now at 46. I think Rick Page is older (grin) If not I still have him beat by weight. I have a daughter, 13 and a very understanding wife.

Right now flying mostly my Flectrum sp400 built from plans. I have ready to go but not flown, Lets see:

Cloud Dancer 60 with a maxcim Dwind
HVP Catalina with twin sp 480
GWS tiger moth 400 with eflite brushless
Old Davy Systems viper with Maxcim D wind
Simprop Peppo that I seem to have inherited, popped in a plett 200-2-6

Flown:
Tiger moth (unionville kit) electrified crashed but almost repaired
Robbe Gnat ducted fan
Lazy Bee
Electra Glider
Kitfox from Laddie Mickalasko plans.
Flectrum sp400

On the building board close to completion
KA Mig 15 ducted fan with kontronic fun480 42
and Balsa craft easy street.

Oh and the Honey bee FP chopper I got for christmas.
That about covers it, there are still a few odd other hanger queens but I can't remember off hand.

Do you guys all do more building than flying, is it me or is it a time thing?Or is it that the building is way less nerve racking than maidening a new bird?
Nice to meet you all none the less.

I tell ya, it's just as much fun building them as it is flying them. Also, I think I want to put landing gear on my new birds. It's a lot of fun taking off and landing too. LOL

Guess that's it. Speaking of landing gear. I picked up a set of the micro retracts from GWS. Anyone have experience with these in a model? I take it that the GWS Mustang is the only one that really is meant to have them as they specifiy 4-5 channels. Just wondering.
