How dumb can I get.
Most of my packs are now 8 cell units, I use two(16Cells) in my LT40 and one(8cells in my p51. I was flying last weekend at Chilliwack when I thought I had put an uncharged pack in the P51. So I put it on my Schulze and it peaked up OK. Put it back in the P51 and got the same result. OK, put it on one side for testing when I get back home. Got arround to doing it yesterday morning and found a shorted cell. I Put the pack down and walked over to the table and got an exacto knife to cut the heat shrink off. Came back, picked up the pack, cut off the heat shrink tested the cells again, no more short. Hold on a sec there mighty mouse, this cant be, shorts just don't go away. Test Test Test, then I spotted another pack on the bench, Hmmm. That's rite folks, I had picked up the wrong pack and cut off the heat shrink. Duh.
