Servo torque for 3D plane?
How much torque do you really need on a 3d plane like the Hot rod mini or any other 7-10oz plane, bipe or single wing such as a 75% 3dbatix extra 330 (28" wing)?
I am looking at the AUW. I have been using the rc-Dymond D44's (weight 4.4g, 15oz torq) with very good results. I thought about the Blue bird 303 (3.6g with 10oz torq)
One more point, I normally use 2 servos for ailerons.

Right on, 10oz torque is fine for 7-10 ounces plane. I like the 5.4g GWS picos. I prefer a single servo installation for ailerons. When doing that, I will use a 7g 15-17oz torque servo for good measure.
