What's a good sailplane for the Kontronic Drive 200 Brushless System?
Hi guys, I currently have my Kontronic 200 system in my Kastor 1.65m glider. Unfortuantely the biggest cells that I can go with are 9- 600AE's. Although they seem to work I know I'm not getting the full potential of this motor with these cells, I don't think the 600AE's are meant to handle 40+amps.
I'm looking for a sailplane that can fit atleast 8 CP 1300. I was looing at the Omega 1.8 from NSP but it seems that you can only fit 600AE's.
Any other sailplane suggestions?

The Impulse models that I have seen are very heavy. I don't know about a '2' model. It would fly it, but not very well.. I was looking at an F7 or F12 for that class of model - at least double the power you'd get from a '200' setup.

I think it should pull the Omega 2M up pretty well. It's going to weigh about the same ast the Filip. I will fly mine this weekend.
